BBC Wales Acorns can be found between the bustling villages of Llandaff and Whitchurch,  overlooking Llantrisant Road, the gateway to the city from Llantrisant and Radyr and minutes from the City Centre.

Originally designed as a workplace nursery for BBC employees, we are pleased to now accommodate both employees and private parents.

Babies are cared for on their own floor by a team of highly trained Nursery Nurses, whilst the older children enjoy our cosy playrooms and fun outdoor areas, including our fantastic Forest School Area.

Welsh is spoken freely throughout the nursery and children are encouraged to count, sing and learn in both the Welsh and English language.

The Pre-school Group follow the Foundation Phase curriculum which links to the National Curriculum and explores the seven areas of learning.  Attribute Sports Development teach music and movement on a regular basis for healthy bodies and minds!

Rachel manages the Nursery with the help of Kath her Assistant and a team of Nursery Nurses, Housekeepers and Cooks who ensure the smooth day to day running of the nursery.
